Join us to be a part of this transformative journey, where your impact will shape the future of technology and production.PurposeWe are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Office Manager to be the face of Divergent Technologies. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, welcome guests, support employee needs, and help ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.The RoleBe a primary, cross-functional point of contact for physical security supportPrioritize responding to time sensitive physical security related requests and incidents.Own the visitor management process, to include screening visitor requests, checking them in when they arrive, and ensuring visitors (customers,partnersand contractors) only access required areas.Assistwith administration and day-to-day management of cloud-based applications including but not limited toBrivoand Sign in Solutions.In collaboration with security leadership and the facilities team,maintainand troubleshoot physical security infrastructure (fencing, cameras, badge readersetc).Greetand check in visitors, vendors, and candidates in a warm, professional mannerAnswer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteouslyMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby areaManage scheduling and coordination of conference rooms and shared office spacesReceive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveriesAssistwith onboarding tasks, such as issuingnew hirebadges and preparing new hire welcome materialsSupport office operations, including supply inventory, catering coordination, and eventlogisticsProvide general administrative support to departments,as neededBasic QualificationsAbility to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls1+ year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipmentComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech-focused environmentHigh level of discretion and reliability; able to handle sensitive information with confidentialityStrong experience withcalendar management tools like Outlook or Google CalendarPreferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing, tech, or startup environmentSpanish fluency is a plusThis role will be based onsite in our Torrance, CA office.CompensationAt Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job.
