Construction Supervisor/Equipment Operator

Precision Builders seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in site preparation and clearing, grading, utility installation, and material handling. Key responsibilities include: - Good leadership & management skills - Must be able to read construction plans & understand site grading details - Oversee pavement & various concrete construction - Grading & leveling earth - Installing utilities - Digging trenches & backfilling holes - Compacting earth using mechanical equipment - Handling & transporting materials - Supporting skilled trades as needed - Following all safety protocols & procedures - Documenting work progress - Working effectively as a team member Requirements: - Expert skid-steer, dozer, & excavator operator - Bilingual, Spanish required - Attention to detail & commitment to safety - Ability to follow instructions & manage crew teams - Reliable transportation Pay: based on experience Work Location: In person
