The Fluids Specialist is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, testing, and implementing industrial fluid systems and processes. Placement will occur ASAP.Position ResponsibilitiesMonitor fluid levels, usage, and system performance throughout the facility.Conduct routine testing and analysis of industrial fluids to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.Maintain coolant, lubrication, and hydraulic systems for manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot fluid-related equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.Track fluid inventory and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to fluid efficiency and equipment uptime.Collaborate with maintenance, production, engineering, and safety teams to resolve operational concerns.Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines.Engage with product group partnerships to bring continual production improvements to end usersNetwork with regional sales team members to assist in procuring new opportunities within their specified territoriesAbility to network with customer base to offer continuous improvement and increase product productivityAttend partner trainings to insure proper product knowledge and technology advancements.Multi state travel is needed to effectively promote and grow individual regions.Required ExperienceTHE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:Experience with preventive maintenance programs.Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, or environmental compliance standards.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Industrial manufacturing product and application knowledgeKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.Previous experience in manufacturing, maintenance, lubrication, or fluid management preferred.Knowledge of hydraulic systems, coolants, lubricants, and industrial fluid applications.Ability to use testing equipment and interpret fluid analysis results.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Basic computer and documentation skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments.
