Plumbing Install Lead Technician

Job Description DescriptionYou will be responsible for managing a territory and installing or servicing accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting all their plumbing requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all Plumbing departments. Key Responsibilities2-3 years of recent, full-time experienceMaintain a neat and safe work area at all timesStrive for 100% customer satisfactionExhibit integrity to all customers and exceed their expectationsComply with all local codes using quality materials and never taking shortcutsMaster the products, materials, and supplies we provide especially relating to tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters and fixture replacement and repairsMaintain a Safe Work EnvironmentConvey a safety conscious attitude in regards to yourself, your customers, your fellow employees, and the general public at all timesOperate company provided equipment according to the safety guidelines approved by the manufacturerOperate company vehicles in accordance with local and state laws and in a manner that ensures your safety and the safety of those around youMaintain cleanliness of company truck inside and outAny other assigned duties as directed, to include but no limited to, all duties outlinedThis role will also involve participating in our on-call rotation to ensure timely response to customer service requests outside of regular business hours.Requirements5+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing installation experiencePreferred Journeyman or Master Plumber license (or state-required equivalent)Proven ability to lead installation crews and oversee job sitesStrong knowledge of local plumbing codes, blueprints, and schematicsExperience with new construction and retrofit installationsAbility to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completionValid driver's license and ability to transport tools and materialsBenefits$65K-$150K (hourly, plus commission)Full time with overtime as necessary Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid holidays, sick days and vacation401KStock OptionsCompany provided vehicle, tools, and gas card
