Software Implementation Specialist
Job Overview:
Odoo, Inc. is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to help businesses implement, configure, and optimize software solutions that improve daily operations. This role combines technology, business process analysis, project coordination, and customer training to ensure that software systems meet organizational requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through software implementation.
- Configure and implement software applications according to client requirements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.
- Support the implementation of applications for sales, CRM, accounting, inventory, e-commerce, and other business functions.
- Coordinate implementation activities, project milestones, and client deliverables.
- Conduct software demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate technical solutions with development teams.
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, system configurations, and implementation decisions.
- Monitor implementation progress and help ensure successful software adoption.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable technical support.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with software configuration, implementation projects, or customer training.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in software consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
