Job description: Overnight Ride Share Drivers Needed – Autonomous Vehicle Program San Francisco, CA $29.00 per hour + Overnight Differential Full-Time | Overnight Shift Job Overview We are seeking responsible and safety-focused Overnight Ride Share Drivers to support an innovative autonomous vehicle ride-share program in San Francisco. Drivers will assist with operating, monitoring, and supporting the daily testing and readiness of next-generation autonomous vehicles. This role requires strong attention to safety, comfort with technology, and the ability to drive for extended periods while supporting vehicle testing operations. ⸻ Schedule Overnight Shift: 11:45 PM – 8:15 AM Available schedules: Monday – Friday Tuesday – Saturday Wednesday – Sunday Thursday – Monday Friday – Tuesday Saturday – Wednesday Sunday – Thursday Overnight pay includes: +7.5% shift differential (weekdays) +10% shift differential (weekends) ⸻ Responsibilities Safely drive and monitor company vehicles for 4–8 hours per shift Support autonomous vehicle testing and operations Perform basic software and system checks Conduct daily vehicle inspections and preventative checks Provide written and verbal feedback to engineering teams Assist with vehicle logistics and equipment movement Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles and equipment Complete required documentation and operational reports ⸻ Must Have Qualifications Valid U.S. driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience Clean driving record Ability to safely drive for extended periods (up to 6 hours per shift) Strong attention to safety and situational awareness Basic technology skills and ability to follow testing procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work overnight shifts ⸻ Preferred Qualifications Experience in fleet operations, ride share, delivery, or professional driving Automotive or technical experience Military or logistics background Experience working with technology or testing environments ⸻ Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay Overnight shift differentials Opportunity to work with cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology Hands-on experience in the future of mobility and transportation Work Location: In person Pay: From $29.00 per hour Work Location: In person
