Our Manhattan office is located conveniently across the street from Grand Central. Role Description:Responsibilities include handling all manner of defense negligence cases, including Labor Law, construction accidents, premises liability, etc. You will handle cases from inception, including discovery, depositions, conferences and settlement negotiations. Trial experience is a plus.We offer real experience and opportunity for advancement within the firm. You will also have the opportunity to handle other matters such as commercial litigation, commercial real estate, trusts and estates, if so desired.We are seeking an attorney who has professional knowledge and judgment and will contribute to our team culture.Qualifications:Active membership in the New York State BarAbility to work on-site in New York, NY4+ years experience handling all aspects of insurance defense litigationLabor law and trial experience is a plusSalary Range: $150,000 - $190,000, based on experience.
