Youll work directly with employees and leadership at a client site, promoting proactive care, ergonomic safety, and on-the-floor support that keeps people healthy and productive.*Your Impact:**Empower Employees* Observe, educate, and coach safe movement patterns*Lead Early Intervention* Spot discomfort early and take action*Enhance Ergonomics* Assess and improve workspaces for safety and efficiency*Collaborate with Leadership* Partner with EHS teams to elevate health culture*Engage in Training* Lead job-specific, functional movement sessions*Deliver OSHA-Aligned First Aid* Provide timely, preventive care that keeps employees working safely*Track Progress* Maintain timely documentation to measure success*What You Bring:*Licensed *OTR, OTA, PT, PTA, or ATC*2+ years of orthopedic or clinical experience preferredNational certification & WI state licensureBasic Life Support (CPR) certificationProfessional liability insuranceEnglish & Spanish Speaking*Your license.
