This role provides full end‐to‐end project leadership, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and close‐out, while managing a team of four project management and engineering professionals. This position serves as a senior client liaison, managing large budgets and coordinating closely with internal operations teams, engineering disciplines, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and without disruption to live semiconductor manufacturing operations. Required QualificationsLicensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)10-15+ years of experience in facilities engineering, project management, or capital project deliveryProven experience managing large budgets and multi‐project portfoliosDemonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teamsStrong background in MEP systems and critical manufacturing infrastructureExperience supporting semiconductor, mission‐critical, or high‐tech manufacturing facilitiesExcellent communication, organizational, and client‐facing skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in active semiconductor fabs or cleanroom environmentsFamiliarity with critical utilities, high‐purity systems, exhaust systems, or specialty process supportExperience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Corrigo, Maximo)Background in maintenance‐driven projects in addition to capital improvementsLEED, sustainability, or energy‐efficiency experienceKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlAbility to manage complex work in live production environments with minimal operational riskHigh level of attention to detail, safety, and qualityAbility to balance technical depth with strategic leadershipComfortable working in fast‐paced, high‐accountability client settingsProject & Program LeadershipLead end‐to‐end delivery of facilities, infrastructure, and MEP projects in active semiconductor fabs and support facilitiesManage simultaneous capital and maintenance‐driven projects ranging from system upgrades to lifecycle replacementsDevelop project scopes, execution plans, schedules, cost estimates, and financial forecastsEnsure projects meet client technical requirements, operational constraints, and compliance standardsBudget & Financial ManagementOwn and manage project and program budgets, including forecasting, cost tracking, change management, and financial reportingReview and approve change orders, invoices, and cost impacts with a focus on cost control and value optimizationPerform feasibility studies, lifecycle cost analyses, and capital planning support for client stakeholdersClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary senior‐level point of contact for the client, including operations leadership and engineering stakeholdersMaintain strong client relationships through transparent communication on schedule, cost, risk, and technical performanceLead project meetings, executive updates, and coordination sessions with internal and external teamsTeam LeadershipDirectly manage and mentor a team of four project managers and/or engineersSet clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and support professional developmentFoster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and operational excellenceTechnical & Engineering OversightProvide P.E.‐level oversight for engineering scope execution involving electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and critical utility systemsConduct site assessments, system evaluations, and field inspections to validate quality, safety, and complianceEnsure proper integration of new systems with existing operations and maintenance programsContractor & Vendor ManagementLead contractor and vendor selection, bidding, contract negotiation, and performance managementOversee construction activities, commissioning, punch‐lists, and turnover documentationEnsure contractors adhere to cleanroom protocols, safety requirements, and client standardsSafety, Compliance & QualityEnsure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, building codes, environmental regulations, and client safety standardsLead safety planning, hazard mitigation, permit reviews, and incident reporting as requiredEnsure work is executed safely in live production and cleanroom environments
