Solutions Engineer
At Coframe, we're building living interfaces that continuously adapt, evolve, and improve themselves.As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their goals, technical environments, and integration requirements. You'll lead technical discovery, design solutions, run tailored product demonstrations, and help customers understand how Coframe can improve performance across their digital experiences.This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You'll help customers evaluate Coframe, guide them through technical implementation, and bring valuable market feedback directly into the product.What You'll Do• Lead technical discovery with prospective and existing customers• Understand customer goals, technical environments, data flows, and integration requirements• Design solutions that demonstrate how Coframe can improve customer outcomes• Run tailored product demos for technical and business stakeholders• Build proofs of concept that validate Coframe's value in real customer environments• Answer technical questions throughout the sales and evaluation process• Partner with Sales to communicate Coframe's technical differentiation and business impact• Guide customers through technical evaluations, onboarding, and implementation• Troubleshoot integration and product issues during pre-sales and post-sales engagements• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical blockers• Translate customer feedback into product requirements and roadmap input• Help build scalable integration patterns and implementation processes• Create technical sales collateral, documentation, and enablement materials• Support strategic customer relationships before and after launchWhat We're Looking For• Experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role• Strong technical discovery skills and the ability to understand complex customer requirements• Experience designing solutions and delivering proofs of concept• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Strong communication and presentation skills• Experience working with SaaS products and AI systems• Experience with analytics, experimentation, marketing technology, or data products is a major plus• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through complex implementation challenges• Strong product judgment and a consultative, value-based approach to customer engagement• Comfort working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams• High ownership and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment• A technical degree or equivalent practical experience• Comfort working on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area and engaging directly with customersBenefits• Flexible (Unlimited) Paid Time Off• Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family• Life Insurance and Disability Benefits• 401(k) plan with Coframe match• Meals covered in-office• Gym membershipAbout CoframeWe're building a future where user and agent interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves.We are a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco and are backed by Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman, the founder of Android, and other leading investors.We're generating revenue, growing rapidly, and already trusted by companies you definitely know.Our team is small, talent-dense, and includes competitive programmers, former founders (including our founder, who previously co-founded a unicorn), and AI researchers from top institutions who have built some of the most widely used open-source code generation projects.💬 What people are saying: "You guys are insane." — OpenAI team"Coframe makes you feel like you have a team of 100 people." — Replit teamInterested in helping define how the next generation of interfaces evolves?
