We believe in empowering our therapists with training, resources, and a collaborative culture to achieve the best outcomes for the children and families we serve.We are growing and currently hiring for:Part-Time to Full-Time James Island and Johns Island communities paired with West Ashley ClinicIndependent Contractor: James Island and Johns Island community (10-15 hours/weekWe are also accepting Applications for Fall 2026 Full-Time Summerville/North Charleston mornings within daycares and early intervention + Ladson, SC clinic afternoon.Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:Evaluate assessment and test results and medical background information to diagnose and create individualized treatment plans for fine motor, sensory regulation, visual motor/perceptual, feeding, daily living skills, and other related disorders.Identify patients who could benefit from adaptive equipment or sensory regulation equipment and support family to obtain medically necessary equipmentAccept a variety of patients to treat various diagnoses, including more specific treatment/strategy techniques (deficits/delays related to sensory regulation, sensory-based feeding, executive functioning, emotional regulation, infants, etc..) and can treat with minimal oversight from leadershipRecord therapy notes (SOAP), patient observations, evaluation reports, care plans (POCs), and discharge of clientsInstruct clients in techniques for more effective carryover of strategies and techniques.Develop individualized occupational therapy exercise programs and home programs for families to implement, to maximize functional outcomesEnsure regular communication with parents or caregivers and educate/instruct patients and family members in strategies to facilitate progress.Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:A current State of South Carolina professional license (SC LLR).Graduated from an accredited university with a bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.Sensory & Feeding experience are a plus!Knowledge and understanding of childrens developmental stages from ages 0-18 to properly analyze the growth, movement (motor), cognitive, and maturation process/transition between skill levels.Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.Occupational Therapist Compensation & Pay Structure:Base Salary includes therapy sessions and administrative time (documentation, caregiver communication, etc.) for full-time W2 positions. xaygatp Bonus Commission for increased productivityIndependent contractors and part-time employees are paid per visitOccupational Therapist Benefits:Health & Dental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysContinuing Education ProgramsProfessional CEU Scholarship OpportunitiesShort Term-Disability Insurance OptionsLife & Vision Insurance OptionsCovered Professional Liability InsuranceiPad and Therapy EquipmentWhy Join TCT?Were passionate about professional development, team collaboration, and client success.
