This role blends technical expertise with strategic account management, supporting business clients.You will act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring clients receive exceptional service, scalable solutions, and measurable business value. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about technology, relationship management, and helping clients succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clientsServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfactionConduct regular client meetings to understand business goals and align technology solutionsFollow up to ensure services and projects meet client expectationsTechnical & Strategic Support Provide guidance on technical solutions including IT infrastructure, cloud services, VoIP, and internet connectivityTranslate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly languageAssist in resolving client issues by coordinating with technical teamsMaintain strong documentation of client environments and interactionsAccount Growth & Revenue GenerationIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within existing accountsPrepare and present quotes for hardware, software, and service solutionsManage contract renewalsMonitor account performance and provide reporting on progress and opportunitiesCross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, technical support, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiencesAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutionsEducation and ExperienceRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in account management, preferably within MSP, or technology services industriesStrong understanding of networking, and IT environmentsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiencesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyExperience using CRM and account management toolsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fieldTechnical certifications or relevant IT trainingExperience working with MSP clientsAlignment with Core ValuesAt Stimulus Technologies, our core values define how we work.
