Accounts Payable - Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical Accounts Payable Analyst with expert-level Excel skills to support our organization in a long-term contract capacity. This role focuses on project work, data analysis, and GR/IR management, rather than day-to-day invoice processing. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and partnering across teams to drive operational excellence. We use SAP - any similar ERP helpful. This is a fully remote role so must be an independent worker who also works well virtually with a team, customers and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesGR/IR Ownership & Reconciliation• Lead the analysis, monitoring, and reconciliation of GR/IR accounts.• Investigate root causes of mismatches between purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.• Collaborate with Procurement, Receiving, and AP teams to resolve systemic issues.• Build and maintain GR/IR dashboards to track aging, trends, and KPIs.Position needs an immediate fill to get through our projects.
