Daily Responsibilities: Assist with dishwashing and uphold cleanliness in the back of house Manage food and beverage inventory, practice portion control, and engage in menu planning Operate fryer, grill, and other kitchen equipment proficiently Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety standards, including possession of ServSafe certification Showcase knife skills, baking expertise, food preparation, and cooking techniques Deliver exceptional customer service as a server, cashier, and through housekeeping duties Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $32,000 to $5,5000 annually, depending on experience.
