Provides feedback to customer on modifications, outcomes, or issues. " Helps select specialized test equipment and performs set-up, as well as loading and running complex programs or builds. " Performs complex calibration, maintenance, and upgrades of test equipment and tools according to standards and procedures. " Identifies issues with test equipment and performs complex repairs. " Manages execution of test methodologies for various technology, adapting established procedures based on unique testing needs, and documents results. " Identifies, debugs and troubleshoots complex testing issues or failures, and recommends root causes and implements solutions. " Conducts and manages analyses and gathers information to identify where an issue has occurred and makes recommendations for how to address the issue. " Collaborates with individuals inside and outside of own function to integrate projects and/or ensure changes work with other components of a specific project. " Communicates across teams to provide status and information about impending obstacles and suggests remediation. " Manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for small to mid-sized projects with minimal guidance. " Re-scopes projects, identifies resources, delegates work, and reviews the work of team members in order to address changing timelines or priorities.Level of Responsibility: " Works under some supervision. " Provides some supervision/guidance to other members; does not have direct reports. " Decisions are moderate in nature. Errors are detected and corrected with relatively minor financial impact or effect on projects, operations, or customer relationships. May require involvement beyond immediate work group to correct.
