A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:\nRN - PCU\n\nJob Details:\n• Work evening/night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM\n• Three 12-hour shifts per week with 36-hour work weeks\n• Required to have Washington State or Compact RN licensure\n• Must maintain active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications\n• Required to float as a sitter and may float in rotation\n• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care utilizing nursing process and unit-specific standards\n• Develop, implement, and continually reassess individualized patient care plans\n• Provide comprehensive nursing care including medication administration and nursing procedures\n• Complete ongoing holistic assessments and respond appropriately to patient status changes\n• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately\n• Evaluate discharge planning for appropriateness and educational needs\n• Teach patients, families, and significant others appropriate health information\n• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel\n• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies\n• Communicate and collaborate with all healthcare team members\n\nFacility:\nThis healthcare organization operates as a major medical center providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community.
