Manager, Software Engineering

Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate dynamic engineering teams to deliver robust APIs, services, and user-facing experiences that power Circle's internet-of-money platform. You will provide technical direction, drive agile processes, and align engineering outputs with company roadmaps and release plans. As a visible engineering ambassador, you’ll manage technical debt, foster cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will shape teams of engineers toward secure, scalable solutions that enable inclusive financial futures.
