Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing hands-on experience, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.This is a great opportunity to build mechanical skills, learn machine operation, and grow into leadership roles in a stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment.What You’ll DoRoll finished plastic pipe onto coiling machines and transport bundles to staging areas Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Prinsco’s quality standards Identify and report defects or improper machine operations Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently Complete equipment start-up and shut-down procedures Perform basic mechanical adjustments, changeovers, and corrective maintenance Cross-train into machine operation and expand your technical skills Help coordinate daily crew assignments with a strong focus on safety and quality
