Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Product Development Coordinator will support the development process from concept to production, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external suppliers. Key responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, assisting with product specifications, conducting market research, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver high-quality footwear. Qualifications Strong Communication and Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partnersProficient in Analytical Skills for market research and product performance analysisExperience in Project Management to effectively manage timelines and ensure on-time deliveryKnowledge of Product Development processes and an understanding of footwear design and productionBasic understanding of Sales principles and ability to align product development with market demandsProficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management platformsOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Design, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the footwear or retail industry is a plus
