Junior Data Analyst

This role is limited to individuals currently or frequently residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Ogden, Utah. This role is hybrid, with Mondays and Thursdays as required in-office days. Core business hours are 10am to 3pm. The start date for this position will be between January and April 2026. Job Summary We're seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst to support our customer experience team and clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving deep into data and numbers before surfacing to wow others with clear and impactful insights. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to address data-related client concerns. Create custom reports and dashboards to meet client needs. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences. Experience in data analysis and reporting. SQL experience is preferred, but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
