This is a high-touch, phone-driven sales role working directly with healthcare professionals.This is not a passive support role — you’ll be expected to proactively engage providers, guide product decisions, and drive revenue through outbound conversations and follow-up.What You’ll DoConduct outbound calls and follow-ups with healthcare professionalsBuild and manage a pipeline of provider relationshipsGuide product selection and support purchasing decisionsHandle the full cycle from first contact through order / closePartner with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer experienceStay educated on product knowledge through ongoing trainingWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or outbound phone-based rolesProven experience with cold calling, prospecting, or pipeline managementStrong comfort speaking with healthcare professionals or technical/regulated buyersBackground in medical device, pharma, diagnostics, healthcare SaaS, or other regulated industries strongly preferredConfident, clear, and persistent phone communication styleAbility to manage multiple active accounts and follow-ups in a CRMNice to HaveExperience selling into hospitals, clinics, or provider officesFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsBachelor’s degreeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + bonus + equityMedical, dental, vision, PTOPaid training + ongoing quarterly educationYou’ll be joining a team where conversations drive revenue - not just support tickets.
