We are seeking skilled consultants who are passionate about building scalable enterprise applications in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Role: Lead Java DeveloperClient: Infosys / TruistLocation: Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC / Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day WFH)Employment Type: W2 ContractExperience Required: 6+ YearsWork Authorization: Only U.S. Citizens & Green Card HoldersJob Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices.* Lead technical implementation and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.* Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code.* Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to system architecture and performance improvements.Required Qualifications* 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.* Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.* Experience developing RESTful APIs.* Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).* Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.* Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is preferred.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Employment Type: W2 OnlyEligibility: Only U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders.
