This individual needs to be able to take the bull by the horns and lead the team to execute operational SOP's both effectively and efficiently. This includes, but not limited to, handling receiving, inventory, storing and distributing all products within the Marketplace. In addition, this individual will be responsible for purchasing ingredients and scheduling staff.Responsibilities:Operate pallet jack to move pallets of productProcesses to focus on and implement: Receiving, Inventory Counting, Ordering, Returns, SchedulingEnsure the organization of dry storage, walk-ins, and freezers within the MarketplacePerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by leadersHelp to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working environmentEnforcement of food safety standards and FIFO methods to ensure the freshness of foodQualifications:Availability to work evenings and weekends2-3 years of supervisory experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistanceBe able to stand, walk, stoop, reach and lift for a minimum of 8 hours without any reasonable accommodationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years oldHigh proficiency level of SpanishPreference: Operating a pallet jack is helpful and ServSafe CertificationSense of urgencyAttention to detailPositive attitudeBenefits:Paid weeklyHealthcare benefitsOpportunities for advancementFull-time RoleCompensation: All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
