Payroll Analyst

Position: Payroll Analyst (Remote Role) Location: Providence Rhode Island 02906Timing: (M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm), 7.5 hrs./dayJob description:Facilities is part of a union - they just had contract negotiations and need to process retro wages for associates. This project needs 2 FT associates but will consider someone on a PT schedule. Job Responsibilities:Will look at historical data of payroll and rates Need to understand contract and rates # of employees needing retro pay is between 325-350Must look at back and do spreadsheet analysis Need someone advanced in Excel/google sheets Payroll experience would be preferred along with a BS degree Need attention to detail and not afraid to ask questions Provide checks and balances Someone who works independently and self-directedWill report to Director of Finance CAN WORK 100% REMOTELY- WILL NEED THIER OWN LAPTOP Job Requirements:Number of years of experience needed. 2y-4yMinimum education requirement?
