We hire the best and the brightest from across the country - constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services.A DAY IN THE LIFEResponsible for planning, purchasing, expediting, logistics management, and supplier quality surveillance activities on projects $30M+Develop and perform upfront procurement planning activities, such as establishing purchasing and subcontract strategiesIdentify and vet vendors for medium-to-heavy industrial electrical components and nationwide labor support.Create and manage project-specific templates, reports, and tools that align with project and company objectivesCollaborate with project managers and engineering teams to determine material and service requirements for various projectsConduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends to ensure competitivenessMaintain and manage procurement documentation and records for transparency and audit purpose.Maintain and leverage relationships with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing and guaranteed delivery timelines.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in supply chain, construction, or business management preferred, not requiredExperience: 1-5 years in a dedicated Procurement Manager role OR 5-10 years as a Senior Purchasing Agent with significant managerial responsibilities.Experience in expediting supplier quality management and/or material management Proficiency in the formation and administration of purchase orders from bidder prequalification to disputesExperience in applying efficient procurement processes, structures, and analytical toolsHighly developed analytical and communication skills (written and verbal), combined with a structured work style and a pragmatic hands-on approachMAKE YOUR MOVE PureGrid Electrical is an industrial electrical contractor supporting medium-to-heavy industrial projects nationwide.We deliver electrical scope execution, labor, and material procurement for complex facilities and equipment installations.
