Asset Management Specialist | Utility Asset Lifecycle & Capital Planning ProSidian seeks an Asset Management Specialist | Utility Asset Lifecycle & Capital Planning for program support on an Exempt 1099 contract: no overtime pay basis technical element located CONUS - Pasco County across the South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services. Seeking Asset Management Specialist candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure sector clients such as PCBOCC. This is a technical element or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) utility asset lifecycle & capital planning functional area professional - planning, permitting, and project management position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Job OverviewProvide services and support as a planning, permitting, and project management (Asset Management Specialist) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure industry sector focusing on environmental services solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County and across the South East Region (of country/world). Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop and maintain utility asset inventories and condition databases. Support capital improvement planning and risk-based prioritization strategies. Collaborate across departments to align maintenance and capital investment goals. QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Public Works, or Information Systems; IAM certification a plus. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications5+ years in asset management roles supporting utilities or public infrastructure. Skills RequiredCMMS, GIS, Excel/Power BI, risk modeling, lifecycle analysis. Competencies RequiredData stewardship, cross-functional collaboration, planning integration, preventive strategy thinking.
