This role will play a critical leadership position in the planning, execution, and delivery of global scientific publications, working within a complex, cross‑functional, matrix environment. This opportunity offers strong potential for conversion to permanent employment based on performance and future headcount availability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead theplanning and execution of global medical and scientific publications .Ensure compliance withGPP, ICMJE, and publication governance standards .Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, and Global Affiliates.Manageexternal vendors, agencies, and publication budgets .Oversee timelines, deliverables, and multiple concurrent publication projects.Engage withexternal authors and thought leadersto support high‑quality scientific output.RequirementsAdvanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD preferred).10+ years’ experiencein pharma, medical communications, or related environment.3+ years’ direct experiencein scientific publications planning and execution.Strong knowledge ofGPP, ICMJE , and publication best practices.Experience managingvendors, budgets, and complex global stakeholders .Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Nice to HaveCMPP (ISMPP) certificationPublication management systems and dashboard experienceStrong project management backgroundExperience working with global affiliates and external authors#J-18808-Ljbffr
