Business Events Coordinator

JOB OVERVIEW:We’re a fast-growing startup looking for an energetic, highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and support day-to-day business operations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in being dependable, and wants to be part of a collaborative and growing team.You will play an important role in supporting office operations, team culture, and light cross-functional administrative tasks. No two days will look exactly the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Office & Workplace Operations:Coordinate day-to-day office needs to ensure a smooth and welcoming environmentManage office supplies, snacks, and team lunches during eventsHelp organize internal events, team gatherings, and cultural activitiesSupport logistics for meetings, office events and in-office visitorsBusiness Operations Support: Assist with business travel arrangements and scheduling support when neededHelp coordinate company events and offsite logisticsProvide Cross-Functional Support to VP of Finance and operationsProvide Recruiting Support by reviewing and sorting resumes and scheduling candidates for interviewsExecutive Support (as needed):Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including the CEO,CRO, and VP of FinanceREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:5-8 yearsexperiencePrior experience in office operations, business operations, or administrative roles in a technology companyExperience supporting events, travel coordination, or recruitinglogisticsExposure to startup and fast growing environmentsREPORTING: This position will report to the VP of FinanceEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time / Full-Time (We are open to both part time and full time roles)LOCATION: In-office role based inTysons CornerSHIFT TIMINGS: Monday through Thursday - (4–5 hours per day for Part time option)WHO WE ARE:SalesIntel is an agentic pipeline generation platform that helps go-to-market teams focus on accounts that are ready to buy and the buyers who matter most.
