Order Management & Operations Coordinator

For generations, we’ve been committed to delivering high-quality produce with reliability and service our customers can count on.Position Overview: This mid-level role is responsible for managing customer orders and daily operations using Famous Software, while coordinating with the packing crew to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and able to balance customer service with operational support.Key Responsibilities:Enter and manage sales orders, shipping details, and inventory in Famous Software.Communicate daily orders to the packing crew and confirm accuracy.Answer and direct customer calls; provide order updates and assistance as needed.Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to meet customer requirements.Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies.Work closely with sales and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.Assist with improving order management and communication processes.Qualifications:Experience with Famous Software (or similar ERP/order management system) preferred.Background in produce, agriculture, or distribution a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills — both with customers and internal teams.Ability to stay focused and accurate in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunities for growth within our company.A team-oriented work environment where you’ll make an impact every day.Able and willing to work early hours and late hours, and long hours during July through November.
