At Top Pick Global, we are dedicated to creating fun, fearless, and fashionable footwear for every individual, everywhere.Role DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, social media, influencer partnerships, and performance-driven digital marketing. This role will partner closely with the US eCommerce Manager and UK based team to develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the social media strategy across key platforms, building a strong and consistent brand presencePartner with the eCommerce Manager to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and customer journeyPlan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and product launches across social and digital channelsAnalyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to increase engagement, traffic, and conversionIdentify opportunities to grow the digital footprint, including new platforms, partnerships, and content formatsRefine and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpointsCollaborate with creative teams, influencers, and external partners to produce high-quality, on-brand contentSupport development of marketing collateral for wholesale channelsHybrid role, 2 days in downtown Los Angeles office, and domestic travel for industry shows and local photo shootsQualifications:4–6 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social and digitalExperience building and growing brand presence for DTC or consumer brands, ideally in fashion or footwearStrong understanding of content strategy, platform trends, and performance analyticsAbility to think strategically while executing day-to-day marketing initiativesCollaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally, particularly with eCommerce
