These roles involve high-end security work including a mix of uniformed and plain clothes operations. This is not entry-level security work. We support corporate, private, and institutional clients seeking highly trained, polished professionals —not gas stations, liquor stores, bars, clubs, or concert venues.Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working under a Personal Protection Officer (PPO) license Prior law enforcement or military experience is strongly preferred.Must currently hold a Level III Texas Commissioned Security LicenseMust have an active Level IV Personal Protection Officer (PPO) endorsementMust be current on firearms qualificationMinimum 2 years of experience working under a PPO licenseValid Texas Driver's License (or ability to obtain prior to hire)Favorable driving historyAbility to sit, stand, or drive for extended periodsMust be reliable, professional, and capable of operating independently or within a teamMust be willing to work both uniformed and plain clothes assignments as requiredPreferred QualificationsPrior law enforcement or military serviceExperience in executive protection, school/campus security, or corporate securityStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsWillingness to follow strict client appearance and conduct expectationsUniform & EquipmentFRPS provides: Uniform shirt, hats, cold gear in winter, and OC spray.Agent must provide: Ammunition, Firearm (must be on FRPS-approved list), and minimum Level 2 retention holster for uniformed roles; pants and black boots.Dress code for plain clothes assignments ranges from casual to business professional, depending on the client and operation.Compensation & AdvancementHourly Pay: $27.50 – $35.00 (based on experience and assignment)Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly via direct depositStatus: W2 employee (eligible for overtime after 40 hours in a workweek)Flexible schedules with shifts available during evenings, overnights.
