In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the solar project process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working collaboratively across teams, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and internal team members.Monitor active solar projects to ensure accuracy, timely progress, and completion of deadlines.Provide clear and consistent communication to customers and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.Prioritize and manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment using strong organizational and time management skills.Collaborate with customers and sales representatives to collect required documentation for solar project processing.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone, text, and email correspondence.Ability to professionally resolve customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, and document management systems.Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
