The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team in follow-the-sun operations, managing a range of security controls, and overseeing relationships with external threat intelligence providers. This role also involves assuming a critical incident commander role during high-severity cyber events, as well as mentoring and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, and a proven track record in leading large-scale incident responses. Deep knowledge of security controls, experience with incident-response frameworks, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are essential. The ideal candidate will also have certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, and experience in financial services is preferred.
