SaaS Contracts Attorney, a full-time remote position responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts related to healthcare technology while providing legal support and advice on compliance and risk management. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate contracts including SaaS agreements and Business Associate agreements Advise on contract interpretation, obligations, and legal matters to support business growth Collaborate with stakeholders and manage outside counsel as needed for legal mattersRequired QualificationsJ.D. degree and licensed to practice law in the United States Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a healthcare transactional attorney In-house experience at a healthcare technology company preferred Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH Experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of healthcare-related agreements
