ResponsibilitiesSeeking a CDL Driver to safely deliver goods, provide excellent face-to-face customer service, and assist with warehouse tasks as needed You'll ensure orders are accurate, represent our company on-site, and help keep operations running smoothly Local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites Safely and efficiently operate vehicles, truck mounted forklifts, warehouse forklifts Assist in day-to-day functions of warehouse operations while following safety practices Load and unload trucks Maintain accurate checklists and delivery logs Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, material handling practices, and load securement policies Communicate with supply center team and customers for accurate, on-time delivery Review discrepancies from inventory and notifies Branch Manager Accurate receiving and pulling of product to ensure accurate inventory Ensure all merchandise is properly racked and tagged Assist Warehouse Supervisor/Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and quality Physical RequirementsLift or move up to 100 lbs. Standing, walking, and moving frequently QualificationsValid CDL Class A or B is required for this position Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience Experience with building products is very helpful Moffett experience preferred but not required Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Clean driving record - no more than 3 violations in the previous 3 years Ability to pass a drug screen When you join Alside, you are part of a leading exterior building products distribution business serving residential and commercial remodeling and new construction markets.
