Job Title: Supported Employment Specialist Location: Zephyrhills, Florida Schedule: Flexible About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Supported Employment Specialist to join our team in Zephyrhills, FL. This role involves helping individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment achieve their vocational goals through career planning, job development, placement, and retention services. Key Responsibilities: Develop individualized employment plans tailored to client strengths and goals Provide job coaching, resume assistance, interview preparation, and on-site support as needed Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities Monitor client progress and provide follow-up services to ensure job retention Collaborate with case managers, counselors, and other support staff Maintain accurate documentation and reports Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field strongly preferred Knowledge of local job market and community resources Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required Must pass background screening Benefits: Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive, mission-driven work environment Join us in making a difference in the lives of individuals in our community by helping them find meaningful and lasting employment!
