The company is dedicated to delivering industry-leading education and solutions worldwide.Role DescriptionThe MSG-3 Instructor role at Fatigue Concepts is an as-needed on-call position. One week at a time. In this role, you will deliver in-depth training sessions on MSG-3 procedures, develop and update course materials, and ensure the effective transfer of knowledge to trainees. Responsibilities include preparing course content, conducting assessments, and collaborating with clients to tailor training solutions to their operational needs.We will fly you to the US location where the training will be held.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of MSG-3 analysis and aviation maintenance processes.Strong teaching, public speaking, and presentation skills.Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.Proficiency with training tools and educational technologies.Flexibility to travel as needed for on-site training programs.Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.Industry certifications or prior experience in aviation maintenance and manufacturing are a plus.
