Are you excited at the prospect of building something new or building something better?RequirementsEstablish and grow distribution networks, meet or exceed sales and market share expectationsResponsible for selling NTA’s Off-Site servicesDevelop new prospects and maintains favorable relationships with existing customers to meet individual and company revenue goalsDevelop a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts through prospecting and customer contactIdentify potential clients via research and networkingConduct cold/warm client calls and attend industry events/trade showsMaintain a thorough, up-to-date record of clients and prospect databaseMaintain awareness of key industry developments to leverage sales opportunitiesIdentify and help to develop strategic relationships with clientsMaintain involvement in customer projects and ensure customer’s expectations are communicated well with operations and provide feedback to the customer as necessaryEstablish excellent relationships with all internal plan review, inspection, and engineering teams to ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurate as requiredWork closely with Directors and Managers in defining internal requirements or needs specific to customer or industry needs Preferred Education: Four year Degree Preferred Experience: Experience in building codes including but not limited to all I-codes and state amendmentsExperience in selling enterprise solutions to senior level decision makers Knowledge of Building Products and Materials is a plus.Valid driver's license required
