Title Plant Manager

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Plant Manager role for a growing Title Company.The Title Plant Manage is responsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:Overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and organization of the title plant.Ensuring title plant records, indexing, and document management systems remain accurate and up to date.Maintaining the integrity and completeness of title plant data and historical records.Performing complex title searches and examinations for residential and commercial properties.Reviewing chain of title, legal descriptions, easements, liens, judgments, and encumbrances.Identifying title issues and recommending appropriate curative actions.Ensuring title examinations meet underwriting guidelines and industry best practices.Serving as a technical resource for examiners, escrow officers, and operations staff.Supporting and mentoring the title plant and examination team while promoting a collaborative environment. Required qualifications for the position includeStrong title examination experience with deep knowledge of title search and chain-of-title analysis.Comprehensive understanding of title plant operations and examination best practices.Ability to analyze complex title issues and develop clear resolution strategies.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate across departments and support team development. Preferred qualifications for the position include:Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a title operation.Experience as a Senior Examiner, Lead Examiner, or second-in-command in a title department.Experience mentoring or training title examination staff.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
