This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, as well as specific experience in the healthcare industry.Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred. Preference is given to graduates in marketing, media, communications or business or a related field.Experience Three years digital marketing experience in the healthcare industry. Experience leading multiple types of digital marketing campaigns.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Communicates effectively with professionals in other departments and builds strong working relationships with stakeholders. A strategic thinker who can analyze the system brand, market, and campaign to reach marketing goals on time and on budget. Conducts business in a professional and cordial manner that upholds the integrity and reputation of Mount Nittany Medical Center. In his/her absence is responsible to the Chare Nurse of the shift. Provides nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse and is responsible to her/him for the care assigned during the work shift. The LPN role includes administration of IV therapy as described in Mount Nittany Medical Center policies and procedures and within the scope of practice as outlined in the Pennsylvania Practical Nurse Law.Education High School education or equivalent. Completion of a licensed practical nurse degree program required. Satisfactory completion of medication IV therapy course work.Experience Previous LPN experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Effectively functions as a team member and as a liaison between patient and staff. Supports and encourages harmonious communication skills. Uses verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. Communicates in highly professional manner at all times. Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people; uses tact, sensitivity, sound judgement and a professional attitude when relating with patients, families, and co-workers at all times.License/Certification/Registration Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania. Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years.
