Purpose:
The Test Technician Support I, Digital Test will operate and maintain In-Circuit Test (ICT) equipment to verify the functionality and integrity of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). This role ensures that products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate ICT machines (e.g., Agilent, Teradyne, GenRad) according to test procedures
Load PCBAs into fixtures and initiate test cycles
Monitor test results and identify failures or anomalies
Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of failed units
Document test outcomes and escalate unresolved issues to engineering
Maintain test logs, equipment calibration records, and production documentation
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards

Skills:
Familiarity with ICT platforms and basic electronics principles
Ability to read schematics, test procedures, and work instructions
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, MES systems)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Education:
High school diploma or technical school or
Experience:
Minimum six months related experience and/or training - or equivalent combination of education and military experience.
