Goalkeeper Coach

Job Title: Goalkeeper Coach (NorCo Region)Colorado Rush is looking for a dedicated Goalkeeper Coach to lead the development of goalkeepers in the Northern Colorado (NorCo) Greeley region. This role focuses on delivering structured, high-quality training sessions that align with the club’s philosophy and support player growth.Key Responsibilities:Plan and run a structured 16-session Goalkeeper Training programDeliver two training sessions per day (preferably on Fridays)Develop goalkeepers’ technical, tactical, and physical skillsCreate a positive and professional training environmentCommunicate with players, parents, and coaching staffCollaborate with team coaches to support overall goalkeeper developmentQualifications:Previous coaching experience (goalkeeper experience preferred)Strong understanding of goalkeeper training and developmentAbility to organize and lead effective sessionsStrong communication and leadership skillsPassion for player developmentPosition/Compensation:This is a part-time contractor (1099) position. Compensation is $35-$40 per session for a total of 16 sessions. Preferred day is Fridays with 2 sessions per day.
