Business Systems Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid position with a Regional Health Insurance Provider located in Eagan, MN. This is a 12+ month contract-to-hire opportunity.Pay range: $63.00 - $73.00 per hour, W2The Business Systems Analyst will support strategic enterprise initiatives by partnering closely with business and IT teams to define, document, and manage requirements across application configuration, workflow design, data integration, and custom development efforts. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements, process changes, and operational needs are clearly communicated and aligned to delivery objectives, future enhancements, and long-term operational support. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to support multiple initiatives across evolving business and technology environments.Responsibilities:Gather, document, analyze, and maintain business and system requirementsSupport application configuration activities, including workflow and operational process designPartner with Solution Architecture, Development, and business teams to support enterprise integration initiativesAssist with data mapping, file format analysis, and cross-system data integration effortsSupport custom development initiatives across multiple business portfoliosFacilitate meetings and collaboration sessions with business and technical stakeholdersCreate and maintain documentation including process flows, requirements, reporting, and operational proceduresEnsure business requirements and process changes are clearly communicated and accessible for future enhancement effortsSupport Agile delivery teams, implementation activities, testing coordination, and production support effortsAssist with governance and operational alignment activities that may impact product enhancements or upgrade initiativesAnalyze operational processes and identify opportunities for workflow optimization and continuous improvementRequirements:Experience working within enterprise or healthcare operational environmentsEDI experienceStrong business analysis and requirements gathering experienceProcess mapping and workflow analysis experienceExperience supporting enterprise integrations and cross-system initiativesData analysis, data mapping, and reporting experienceAbility to coordinate effectively across business and technical teamsExperience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneouslyExperience with APIs and system integrationsExperience with SQL and reporting toolsFamiliarity with workflow automation platforms and enterprise business applicationsMinnesota-based candidates onlyDesired skills:JavaScript exposureMetadata orchestration and enterprise integration exposureExperience supporting modernization and transformation initiativesOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!About Genesis10:Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
