In this very teachable role, an Operations Support Associate is responsible for reviewing, processing, and troubleshooting documents and policies to ensure that the back-end process of Underwriting runs smoothly. This role plays a very important part in making sure all of our i's are dotted and our t's are crossed before any policy is completed.
