This is a technical lead role within a collaborative team of six, supporting a wide range of critical infrastructure across 100+ locations.This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical systems while helping guide future technology decisions, including upcoming infrastructure and security initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain complex LAN/WAN network environmentsServe as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to network staffArchitect and support multi-platform enterprise networksConfigure and manage network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewallsMonitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security and reliabilitySupport and enhance network infrastructure across diverse operational environmentsCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders on projects and upgradesParticipate in evaluating and selecting future technologies, including firewall solutionsMaintain documentation, diagrams, and procedural standardsTechnical EnvironmentCisco-based Layer 2/Layer 3 networkingBGP routingCheck Point firewallsPrimarily on-premise infrastructure with early-stage cloud adoptionExposure to future cloud and security architecture decisionsFor immediate consideration, direct message Reid Gormly on LinkedIN and Apply Now!Minimum QualificationsBachelors or Associates DegreeExperience:4–6+ years of professional networking experienceStrong expertise in LAN/WAN environmentsProven experience with routing protocols (especially BGP)Hands-on experience with VLANs and network architecturePreferred QualificationsExperience with Ansible or network automationExposure to Azure cloud networkingIndustry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, etc.)Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
