Inbound Call Operator
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Inbound Call Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. Duties
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Document call details and outcomes in the computerised system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with data entry and office software applications is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
