Description Position Title: Operations Supervisor Location: Nettleton, MS Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (up to 5:30 PM as needed) Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations supervisor to support daily operations within a manufacturing facility in Nettleton, MS. This role requires hands-on experience with AS/400 systems and RF scanning equipment. As a lead-level position, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational knowledge and the ability to develop into a future department lead. All candidates will be interviewed prior to an offer being extended. Essential Duties Perform operational and inventory-related tasks using AS/400 software Utilize RF scanners to track materials and support workflow accuracy Assist with coordinating daily production activities Monitor processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Provide guidance and support to team members when needed Uphold all safety, quality, and operational standards Show initiative and leadership potential for advancement Required Qualifications Prior experience working with AS/400 systems Experience using RF scanning devices Background in manufacturing or operations preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, professional, and capable of leading by example Flexible to work extended hours as required Additional Details On-site role in a manufacturing environment Interviews required before offer
