DevSecOps Engineer | FinTech Platform | Remote-first (Germany) I'm partnered with a growing European fintech platform operating in the brokerage and investment space. Following a recent acquisition, the company is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to help embed security across cloud infrastructure and engineering workflows. What you'll do Design and implement cloud security controls in AWS Improve Kubernetes and container security Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC Drive vulnerability management and remediation Support SIEM monitoring and security operations Review architecture from a secure-by-design perspective Coordinate vendor security reviews and penetration testing About you Experience with cloud security (AWS preferred) Exposure to CI/CD security and vulnerability management Comfortable working across infrastructure, engineering, and security teams Able to document processes and operate in regulated environments Nice to have Fintech or regulated industry experience Kubernetes security knowledge SIEM or security operations exposure Terraform / Infrastructure as Code Security certifications (AWS, CISSP, CKS, etc.) Benefits of the role High ownership in a small, growing team Remote-first, with 4 days/month onsite Flexible hours Work from anywhere in the EU for up to 60 days per year If you're interested in helping build security foundations inside a scaling fintech platform, apply now.
