CPLC is committed to empowering individuals through health & human services, housing, education, and economic development.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the safe, functional, and well-maintained operation of residential properties. Your work ensures our communities remain safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents.In this role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and turnover activities while helping preserve property quality, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.WHO YOU ARE?You are hands-on, dependable, and solutions-oriented. You take pride in keeping things running smoothly and enjoy tackling a variety of maintenance tasks each day.You work well independently but know when to escalate complex repairs or emergencies to supervisors.
