Assembly Worker

Overview Paradigm Boats is looking to expand it's manufacturing team, and we're looking for qualitfied Assembly Workers to become a vital part of creating high-quality products through precise and efficient assembly processes. Duties Assemble components and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to detailed schematics and blueprints Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication of parts Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and quality standards Operate machinery including welding equipment, machining tools, soldering stations, and forklifts safely and efficiently Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process, ensuring adherence to specifications with tools like calipers and micrometers Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor, following safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and meet production deadlines Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and fabrication techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering stations, and precision measuring instruments Experience with forklift operation is a plus; certification preferred but not required Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with machining or fabricating parts is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality assurance Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to precision craftsmanship!
